Ingredients
  • Butter Zanetti100 g
  • Dark chocolate50 g
  • Sugar220 g
  • Eggs2
  • Vanilla-flavoured sugar1 packet
  • Flour140 g
  • Chopped walnuts100 g

Melt the chocolate on the hob with the butter and add the sugar.
After taking the small pot off the hob, leave the chocolate mixture to cool, add the eggs one at a time and whip with an electric whisk.
Then add the flour and the walnuts and mix. When everything is well mixed, butter the baking tray and pour on the cream you have made.
Place in a pre-heated oven for 30 minutes, remove from the oven and cut the pastry into squares, and voilà, you have your mouth-watering little biscuits.
