  • Zanetti cheese for salsa pasta100 g
  • Spinach500 g
  • Small cubes of cooked ham100 g
  • Primosale Zanetti100 g
  • Garlic1 clove
  • Oilqb
  • Salt and pepperqb

Pour a little oil into a pan, mix in the crushed garlic and season.
Remove the glove of garlic and put the spinach in a pan. Cook them with the lid on and, after 3 minutes, remove any excess water with a spoon.
Once cooked, chop up the spinach and put it to the side. In another bowl, beat the eggs together with the cheese for salsa pasta, with a sprinkle of pepper, the spinach and the small cubes of ham.
Mix all the ingredients and pour half the mixture into a medium-sized baking tray, covered with greaseproof paper. Now cut the Primosale into little slices to cover the mixture, pour the other half and put in the oven at 180°.
Your omelette will be ready to serve in half an hour.
